At least I won’t be deported on my own.
Its like a quite rough extured tofu mixed with shredded carrot and has a really good crispy edge. I’ve only ever seen them in a shop near me. Perfect soup dunkers when warmed up.

Lunch with dad - oysters with vinegar, shallots and Tabasco, mussels in white wine cream sauce, plus truffle chips and bread for dipping. Topped off with a G and T and espresso - absolutely stuffed

Just bravely left the house to go to Lidl.
Got ingredients for pie, gonna cook roasties, roast carrots, tenderstem and peas. Very excited

Did you follow a recipe for the whole feast or just make it up?
I do this recipe for chimichurri
Then the tacos are just white fish, avocado and cabbage (and slices of pickled red onion but didnt have any this time)
