What will you put in your falafel wrap? (apart from falafels, obviously)
Falafel wrap - peppers, hummus, falafel, cheese, whatever salad leaves are knocking about the fridge, chilli sauce.
Bigos is this polish thing, Iโll be having a veggie spin on it.
Probably have it with Pyzy, a kind of dumpling (mine will be the leavened kind, so not stuffed, just dense little pillows - a little bit like gnocchi)
That reminds me, I need to try making some pierogi soon!

Avo toast with seedy bread, more coffee (really milky and frothy, cant wait) for lunch, not sure about dinner yet, but I saw corn in the fridge and I have quinoa flakes so might make corn soup. Trying to eat healthily, lost 10kg last summer on a high fat low carb diet but put all 10 fuckers back on, now Iโm 7kg down on a good old regular balanced vegetarian diet and it feels good
Can I talk about what I made yesterday?
H Tabbouleh, tzatziki, grilled halloumi, garden-fresh courgettes breaded and fried, fruity cous cous, and then some stuff I didnโt make like houmous
and falafel and generic salad.
Today having dinner for lunch, not sure what. Might male courgette fritters later (we have a lot of courgettes)
I had leftover pearl barley, cauliflower and pomegranate at 11.00.
Hopefully having leftover chicken and chorizo pie for lunch.
Tea will be some Morrisons own brand bean burgers with sweet potato wedges.

Your Greek feast sounds delicious. I made courgette fritters a few weeks ago but I made it up as I went along and they were a bit of a mess. Must try again soon. How do you make yours?
