Breakfast was waffles, used the Jamie Oliver recipe and it was decent, tonnes easier than whisking the egg whites separately.
Lunch was chilli marmite on toast.
Dinner will be brisket, mash, some green veg, and literally gallons of gravy. Smells better than it looks, currently.

Donโt know what to have for tea. Had roast lamb last night so that rules that out but I do fancy something roasty.
Any ideas?? I have baby carrots too.
Do middle Eastern style roasted veg. Rice and something protein.

Seems a bit basic but itโs a day of rest so Iโll allow it.
Good choice - we havenโt done a roast here in ages

Iโm making a butternut squash and sweet potato soup for tea because we need something hearty.
Toad in the hole confirmed for dinner. Just made the batter mix.
