๐Ÿž Sunday Dinner 13-03-2022 ๐Ÿž

Breakfast was waffles, used the Jamie Oliver recipe and it was decent, tonnes easier than whisking the egg whites separately.

Lunch was chilli marmite on toast.

Dinner will be brisket, mash, some green veg, and literally gallons of gravy. Smells better than it looks, currently.

:blush: What flavour?

Donโ€™t know what to have for tea. Had roast lamb last night so that rules that out but I do fancy something roasty.

Any ideas?? I have baby carrots too.

Roasted baby carrots.

Are you looking for leftover ideas or a full meal?

Iโ€™ve gone with topside of beef, baby sweetcorn, Roasties, carrots :carrot:

Seems a bit basic but itโ€™s a day of rest so Iโ€™ll allow it.

Good choice - we havenโ€™t done a roast here in ages

Iโ€™m making a butternut squash and sweet potato soup for tea because we need something hearty.

Toad in the hole confirmed for dinner. Just made the batter mix.

Had a bacon sandwich for breakfast and just had some sushi for a wee afternoon snanck.
Tonight weโ€™re making fajitas :slightly_smiling_face::heart_eyes:
