Messed up the egg as got distracted by my gas igniters constantly sparking. Used the ready made itsu broth which was actually pretty decent.

Avocado always looks so beautiful presented like that! Annoyingly I don’t like avocado enough to eat it in big chunks, it’s got to be mashed up with some lime, for me (or in a pesto or a salsa verde or something)

  • I prefer my avocado mashed up with other stuff to take the edge off a bit
  • I like it in big slices/chunks

I like both, but you need a good ripe avo to work in chunks like that. You can make most crap to average avo work alright once you pulverise it with salt and lime and hot sauce

I mix it up. Sometimes mashed is a texture issue for me. Also laziness. This avo was a bit too firm to smoosh.

My mom makes one from scratch and, as nice as it is, it’s frankly more effort than I’m willing to expend on a dessert.
