Might actually be having , vaguely recall there was something very tasty looking with aubergine in it on the menu of the LME lunch meat place.

It’s my Christmas Day today so there will be a starter option of pate, prawn cocktail or melon and Parma ham, roast turkey and all the trimmings, then Black Forest trifle.

Sourdough with chestnut & mushroom pate with spinach and kale.

Had goats cheese and onion mini quiche with two types of salad from the m and s deli counter. Might do a mini roast for dinner but my parents are coming around ‘early evening’ and don’t want to be in the middle of it then. I’m guessing early evening is what 5, 6? Later?

Fry up for brekkie to knock the hangover out the system. Just had cheese on toast for lunch and will have pie and chips and peas for tea. Shitty frozen chicken and bacon pie. Nice unhealthy day.
