Turns out I’ve never blind baked anything before. Didn’t read the instructions, and dumped the beans onto the pastry. Instead of:

• pricking the pastry with a fork
• covering it with a layer of baking parchment
• putting a single layer of beans on (not the whole tub, you tit).

God knows what this will turn out like.
