brought to me by dropping 2 eggs putting away the groceries so I salvaged the innards and went from there

Got a decent lump of beef floured, browned and in the slow cooker with veg, stock and red wine. House smells alreet.

Gnome got up to make sautéed 
with skrimbledigs. Delicious. The 500g bag of Aleppo pepper I bought recently has torn down the side, so rather than deal with it, I chosen to to accept the challenge and am currently engaged in a race against the very seams of time to use them up before they spill into the spice drawer. As such, everything is getting garnished for the foreseeable.

Had a Lidl bakery pizza as lunch
Doing a BBQ in a bit. Need to go and get a new barbecue and assemble it first though…
