We had Linda Ms mozzarella filled burgers recently and they were so disappointing really dry! I hope yours are better.

Just about to make some tsatziki (going to put lots of dill in it) and also blitz up some garlicky tomatoes and then later we’ll have wraps with salad and dips, halloumi and cauliflower pakora. Maybe a glass of red wine to round off a lovely weekend.
