Just about to make some tsatziki (going to put lots of dill in it) and also blitz up some garlicky tomatoes and then later we’ll have wraps with salad and dips, halloumi and cauliflower pakora. Maybe a glass of red wine to round off a lovely weekend.

Made burgers. The burgers ended up very bulbous and like a big meatball, not sure how to avoid this in future. Also burnt the chips - a pretty disappointing dinner all round.
