bruschetta for breakfast and gonna make a wee feast for 1 tonight. gonna marinade some chicken in lemon and harissa and have it with roast veg and home flatbreads and some aubergine thing.

Had a Mexican style breakfast - fried tortillas, refried beans, fried eggs, guacamole and salsa verde (all gone, no pics).

Bread looks a bit mouldy, dunno whether to just cut off the crusts and make it french toast or something.

Disappointing scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast. I fried up some veg alongside which may have been the thibg which sabotaged them, or a couple of other factors.
Lunch is either leftover Irish stew or some kind of tinned thing on toast. Neither is especially appropriate considering the weather but they’ll be fine.
Evening meal is a buffet. I’ll try to keep you updated.

Weird how small bread becomes when you take off the crusts.
I swear that warburton tory twat is fiddling his best before dates. Goes mouldy so quick these days.

Restaurant - we went there at Xmas and I’m unsure how the Insta-fancy style will translate to a buffet for a 70th birthday.
Should make some nice-looking sausage rolls if nothing else.

Just had a chicken tikka sandwich, pork pie, crisps and a Lion for lunch. Roast pork for dinner later.
