Yesterday I got up around 9am, went downstairs to eat some emergency tuc biscuits and then decided to bake some potatoes for breakfast
Put this in the microwave after taking the photo so the cheese was more melted

I made posh beans on toast for tea yesterday although the soda bread was unsuccessful due to the omission of soda and I’ve just had the leftovers here:

Best thing about baked potatoes is turning the leftovers into potato skins, as seen here with a side of butter nestled in marmite on toast, and a folded fried egg a la mode

I was planning to make a pie but looks like we might be going round to a friend’s to help her put up her Christmas decorations and I think (hope!) she’s going to cook for us…
