Didnt photograph breakfast but it was just was just an oat and chia seed chcolate smooth bowl

Just had lunch: avocado muffin with crushed dried peas and sesame seeds and smoked paprika

Dinner will be sweet potato and shiitake dumplings with a cardamom dip, then “mouth numbing” red cabbage noodles, followed by an apple and cinnamon cake.

(All vegan)

Breakfast was toast and and jam and coffee, as per usual.

We’ve been BBQing since about 12.30. No guests have arrived yet but I’ve had about four sausages, a roll, some garlicky chicken and half a lamb kebab.

The apple and cinnamon cake is my own recipe (made them as muffins a few weeks ago and they were the best thing I’ve ever baked)

because of @dktrfaustus post about the orzo i’ve not been able to get orzo out my head. so going to make an orzo pasta with tomatoes, asparagus, lemon, pine nuts, red onion, feta and pesto, oh and mint.
