Iβve thrown it in the bin as the hipster chefβs face was making me too angry (think it was from the latest Waitrose mag) . However, was vegan, and key ingredients were Szechuan pepper (toasted and ground), black bean and garlic paste and various spicy pastes along with spring onions, tofu, tofu mince and rice. However the only flavour was the Szechuan pepper which needed to be dialled down by 99.99% and I can still taste strongly despite having eaten a thousand other things to try and get it gone.
