I love you
Hereโs the thing, I did be eating a chettinad and chilli naan and I did be enjoying it, but I did be doing that yesterday, so I do be hoping no one do be minding if I do be posting it here in the chatโฆ
Saved up from yesterday
Rosti type thing with garlic mushrooms, sun-dried tomato and egg, watermelon hot sauce atop
Lovely little coffee hazelnut fig cake
Last nights Chinese again - shredded salt pepper chicken, spring rolls, dim sum, stuffed crab claws
Shreddies, tea
Off to hickorys with the parents at 2.
Had a really good Chinese last night. Lass at the local convinced us to try a new place and turned out to be a good choice.
Whatโs your rosti technique?
I naughtily didnโt eat my emergency late night snacking plate last night so I just ate 3 mini cocktail sausages rolls
Euww sorry for the juicer in the background. Avery had been squeezing lemons
Late start today as recuperating from a house full of 10 year olds yesterday. Tomโs on toast and coffee for brunch
Iโm planning to make oyster mushroom Chinese style โduckโ later
Grate some potatoes, mix with seasonings, press down into flat layer in a pan with hot butter, result! If youโre lucky you can get the whole thing as one piece (I even flipped this one like a pancake) but often it breaks up so I have more like rosti shards or quarters
Two toast - Nutella and Biscoff
Coffee
Green apple
Gnomeโs Michelin style potatoes, Michelin cracked skrimbledigs, Michelin era sausage and bacon, cheesy beans, prepared to Michelin-like guidelines, and cheesy toast, buttered using a Michelin level buttering knife. Three Michelin adjacent stars
What deliciousness is going on here?
