I naughtily didn’t eat my emergency late night snacking plate last night so I just ate 3 mini cocktail sausages rolls

Grate some potatoes, mix with seasonings, press down into flat layer in a pan with hot butter, result! If you’re lucky you can get the whole thing as one piece (I even flipped this one like a pancake) but often it breaks up so I have more like rosti shards or quarters
