Roast veg turned into roast spuds, rainbow chantenay carrots and peas. Slapped a couple of leftover sausages on there too. Was dead tasty.

We had wrapped and frozen them in blocks of 4 sausages. My daughter had 2 with her tea, do as we had 2 sausages defrosted I thought I’d have them on my tea.

Ordinarily, I’d agree with you that there should be no leftover sausages. But things change with a kid in the mix

So you blend up a load of defrosted peas and then fry them up with ginger and chilli and some spices like cinnamon and garam masala and mustard seeds then you make a simple pastry of flour and hot water and roll out little balls, put a bit of the pea mix in then wrap it up! Bake them in the oven for like 20-30 mins?

Nah, think the noodles absorbed it all. Clearly a recipe in need of an adjustment. Or maybe it was the fact I did it in a pot with a lid with a steam vent cause I didn’t have a casserole dish which wouldn’t have had a steam vent. I dunno I’m not Heston Blumenthal.
