Mmmm! Must try this with ground almonds. I’ve been using whazzed up oats for pancakes and things and it seems to work just as well as flour for that type use.

We like to try different flour/flour substitute combos with pancakes too. We’ve used ground almonds in the past when making breakfast for a friend who is gluten free. You probably already know blitzed oats also work really well, too

don’t think I’ve ever bought flour
Finally managed to get some strong white this week, so made some bread. Think my dough was a little wet and/or i need a lame, becuase the cuts aren’t really cutting it. Tastes ok, though
How do you feed your sourdough starter?
Is that a set menu?
Almost out of sourdough croissants, and my starter is just sat there looking all bubbly and such.
