@avery was very excited to use his new crumpet cooking rings to make us perfectly round eggs
Iโm not fully sure if Iโm having lunch yet. Wor Lass made crumpets yesterday that were moderately successful so might have beans and crumpet like a Tudor monarch might if he were alive today.

Or it might be Shepherds Pie. Canโt remember what fake mince we bought.

trying my hand at focaccia, gonna try tomato, basil and garlic.
How do you season your fake mince? We made a Quorn keema last year and it didnโt taste of anything - even the curry spice has been neutered by Quorn bland.

Donโt tend to have sauce with eggs. Might have a bit of ketchup if itโs part of a fryup, but I think eggs are quite a nice mouthful accompaniment to a bit of the bacon or beans
