think i might make a ratatouille

Missed the last l and read it as spag aloo which sounds like some sort of Italian-Indian fusion dish.

Smells amazing

Where’s that? Looks nice.

Having potato paneer and chickpea curry with onion bhaji and garlic and coriander naan.

Hi gnome, played my favourite game of “what’s leftover in tunas fridge and what can we make from it?”

So it’s way too much fried polenta, garlic mushrooms, feta, pesto? and sundried tomatoes?? It was alright, maybe a 5/10, wish my pesto was runnier

Elements of that sound good but I’m ngl… It doesn’t look like a roaring success imo :wink:

It did not go at all

At least you tried  hopefully tomorrow will bring tastier things!

Fuck me it’s hot but damn tasty

St Ives. Have been down for a few days to blow the Christmas cobwebs away.

really looking forward to about 9pm when it will have suitably cooled down enough for me to eat it.
probably should have waited even a few mins before that first bite, fuck me it’s hot. :grinning:

I like the broccoli emoji.

We had some slightly underwhelming roast potatoes and sausage, but Wor Lass made an interesting spiced berry jam/ chutney to go with it.

I’ve made myself a bacon and spicy jam sandwich for lunch tomorrow too.

The rice was just bland old turmeric rice. We’d ran out if long grain so used basmati. We’d already put so much flavour in everything else, the rice just had to soak it all up, but as a turmeric enthusiast, i couldn’t help but add it to the rice.

Often put lot’s of spices in when boiling rice, but reckon my favourite is a bit of fennel seed.
