I donโ€™t know what Iโ€™m going to cook and I am having trouble figuring it out. Didnโ€™t meal plan before shopping so Iโ€™m at the mercy of whatever I manage to find.

If you were having pancakes with us, what would you have on top?

  • Sliced banana
  • Nutella
  • Maple Syrup
  • Whippy Cream
  • Ice-cream

We ate all the raspberries yesterday :pensive:

Morning!
I donโ€™t understand it being too hot for any food(except maybe soup).

Think we have some gnocchi in the cupboard, might do that baked with some vegetables of some sort.

On Friday night we got Chinese and I didnโ€™t get soup for the first time in 93 years. BBC and Sky News were camped outside the flat but I got bundled into a car with my face covered. Iโ€™ve got an explosive tell-all deal with Hello where I reveal my thoughts on the matter and how itโ€™s affected my family.

Weโ€™re doing sardines roasted on lemon later. Weโ€™ll be roasting some sweet potato alongside and serving with salad.

Lunch will probably be toast and hummus with hot sauce.

I think today we will be utilising our world famous BIR Base Gravy to make a curry.

Care to share your recipe?

Those potatoes :yum:
Egg looks perfectly done, too.
Youโ€™re cooking for us when we visit Glasgow, right?

Used this one, with the servings reduced to 8. It automatically changes the ingredient quantities like magic. I do wonder how well it scales down though, like maybe if your onion volume goes below a certain threshold it becomes a crap base gravy. We dont have a pot big enough to do the 16 servings default.

Gnocchi baked with tomatoes, pepper, radish, garlic, cabbage and thyme, served with cream cheese and the carrot top pesto which seems endless in the freezer. Pretty ok I guess.

Will definitely try this, thanks!

Look at this fascinating discussion about scaling down https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink/topic?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.curry-recipes.co.uk%2Fcurry%2Findex.php%3Ftopic%3D15108.0&share_tid=15108&share_fid=2171402&share_type=t&link_source=app
