I made stuffed potato skins and we had them with salad and my hm salad dressing plus sour cream with some chives from the garden chopped in. Picture from yesterday but we had the same today as a starter, with the leftover skins.

Just sprinkle some salt and pepper over it and you’ll be fine! Also the stock in gravy should provide plenty of salt.
Also just before serving I left a tea towel on the hob, which then started to burn, filling the air with a sharp, unpleasant soapy fragrance

Ghee potatoes were very good and crispy.
I over did them a bit but that only added to the crunch.
