Just got a frozen pizza in the oven to share for lunch.
Making a vegetable bake thing for dinner, which I’m quite excited about because it’s got artichokes in and never have I ever eaten an artichoke before (to my knowledge).
Also, after lunch I will be trying out a homemade mince pie

I had toast and Nutella for breakfast and a toasted sandwich filled with mackerel for lunch. I’ve also had some coffees, a cookie and an apple.
I think I’m making a butternut squash curry for tea.

Today’s kitchen business includes two loaves of bread (standard white), and a slow cooked shoulder of pork, 9 hrs in the slow cooker in cider, with a smoked paprika, cumin, brown sugar and salt rub.

I agree a pie is the correct Sunday choice but probably the non-cottage option, although both are good ideas.

Was a rather late start after a rather late night, but @Gnometorious treated us to some of those Dishoom naan and it was very enjoyable.
We’re meant to be getting some momos for dinner, from this little momo place down the roads, but leaving the house is proving troublesome to some and they don’t seem to deliver. Quite the quandary.
