Had 2 (TWO) Croissants for breakfast because I’m a pig.

Got some chicken and sweetcorn soup for lunch.

Bit of lemon drizzle cake with a cup of tea mid-afternoon.

Main event this evening will be saag paneer, with rice and paratha. Might make some knock off onion bhaji type things to go with it too.

I’ve just recreated last night’s po’boys but with a lower prawn:veg ratio for lunch.

Is this not a standard serving?

It is most of the time, yes. Always feels incredibly extravagant though, especially when I’m basically just sitting around all day.

Two slices of toast and an espresso. Then a clif peanut butter bar. Now I’m going to Loughton with my friend and we will probably eat something delicious…

Milk wash the pie and use the egg for Yorkshires

Only got oat milk in, might just try mixing that with a bit of syrup and using that as a wash
