I made a fucking BANGING chicken and chorizo pie last night and there’s a portion left. Might polish that off if the kitchen gestapo hasn’t already frozen it.

Had some hot pork with honey and mustard glaze and a bit of apple sauce in a sandwich. Pretty good.

What’s in dirty rice?

Got some potatoes and carrots and a leek that need eating. Gonna have to be a mini roast isn’t it.

You could also make a nice vegetable gratin thing with those ingredients.

Onion, garlic, chili, leek, mince, bacon, carrot, cajun seasoning, stock and then chuck some rice in.

It’s from that Pinch of Nom book which, despite the awful name, has some decent healthy-ish recipes in.

Dinner is going to be mash, veg (mostly frozen because could barely get any decent fresh stuff in last shop) and quorn pastry lattice things.

So far, so meh… BUT we have strawberry angel delight for afters with some crumbled biscuit on top :+1:
