Roasting a chicken, but not going to be eating it today. Having salmon, griddled asparagus, roasted peppers and potatoes instead. Chicken is for sandwiches throughout the week.

  • Paxo style stuffing would be improved with a grated cheddar top
  • Let’s at least keep the pretence that this is a healthy meal, shall we?
