Having any dressing with that salad?

My fave OG Cadbury bar.

Dinner sounds excellent  With chips?

Kitchen time was minimal so no. Getting Korean takeaway for dinner which should be more interesting

Mine too!

With chips and maybe peas if we have some in.

Brunch: leftover pizza, very leftover pea and lentil soup, coffee

Dinner:jerk pork steaks, white bean and garlic puree.

In between: doing a long walk so probably a lot of crisps and sweets.

meeting friends for drinks etc later and i have decided on a white shirt :+1:

A lovely alternative to mash imo. Nothing fancy/complex. Just gently cook minced garlic in a bit of oil/butter/lard, add drained tin of haricot/white beans (i can eat a whole tin but smaller appetites might just stretch 1 between 2), add a small amount of water, salt, pepper and maybe a bit of thyme. Simmer gently til the water is mostly gone. Mash or puree with a hand blender. Very adaptable in a similar way to mash. Lovely with spicy meats.
