I’m wide awake, it’s morning. Time for some breakfast.

Anyway, got lots of boring things to do around the house this morning but then off to the cinema with the kids to see spider man into the spider verse this pm, that’s supposed to be good right?

Morning. Slept terribly, one of those nights where you don’t think you’ll ever fall asleep.

I’ve got a retail question for you all. I bought a Fitbit from boots online back in early August. It stopped working in November whilst I was away. Who do I contact to return it, Boots or Fitbit?

I’d say Fitbit…

Coffee is nice.

Hmm I don’t fancy my chances with them too much…

Yeah fitbit. Even if Boots do offer to sort it out, they’ll just send it off to fitbit anyway, so you may as well cut out the middle man.
Depends a bit on Boots’ exchange policy though I guess.

I dunno, they may just send you another…

Morning all. Last day of the Christmas family visiting tour: off to Didcot. There’ll be 15 people (inc. seven children) in the house together.

Cannot wait for January.

Yeah I suppose, oh well that’s a task for today. Incidentally I think it stopped working after a I spent an hour in a swimming pool - the whole point of me buying it was because it’s promoted as being waterproof and has a swim function :woman_shrugging:

Nits are shit - was such a hassle when the kids got them (seemed to reocurr every 6 months or so while they were at primary)

My ultra tiredness yesterday afternoon turned into a cold, got the seats bad last night and had to have a 3am t shirt change, gross.

Picking up the kids shortly, might try and fit in the painting I did yesterday. Might also make curry

I’ve had my Fitbit strap replaced by Fitbit for free three times even though mine is well out of warranty. Seem pretty on it customer service wise. Best way to get in touch with them seems to be Twitter.

I would go to Fitbit. I just got a Herschel backpack replaced (for the second time) under their lifetime warranty. Definitely tell them about the swimming thing too btw, hopefully they’ll just send you a new one :crossed_fingers: Herschel asked me to send them a picture of the faulty backpack cut in half as they didn’t want a damaged Herschel in public damaging their brand :woman_shrugging:t3:

I’d probably try boots first as it’s easier for you. They may just exchange it, providing you can give receipts and it’s doesn’t look like it’s been run over. We quite often exchange things past the date allowed as it’s the best thing for the customer

If not then it’s off to Fitbit you go

Sat in bed with coffee and toast. Going to the gym soon then think I’ll have a wander. Might look at spending some Christmas vouchers - I’ve just got rid of two bags of clothes and stuff for the charity shop so plenty of space in there for some new things…

Edit: where the hell can I buy bikinis in January? Hate ordering them online but couldn’t find them anywhere in town.

Got 2nd xmas today. Merry 2nd xmas all!!!
