I cant drink tea before about 12 or 1. That’s coffee time. Some chinese lasses next to me had about 8 courses of tea and scones and i enjoyed them vicariously.

Just had a big old fry up at the premises
They do onion rings with their veggie breakfasts, and the old dear who runs the place gave us a massive discount cos my flatmates broke and she loves him, heartwarming stuff.

Yeah this is something I really hate- entitled English speakers who move to other countries out of choice and then make little to no effort to learn or speak the language. Like, they had a choice to move there, and have got education and means, but they expect everyone to cater to them just because they can’t be bothered. Learning languages is hard work, and you’ve got to consistently put in the effort and be willing to sound stupid when you try to say things and get it wrong. If they can’t be bothered to put in that effort, maybe they should re-consider this whole “moving to a different country where the native language is not English” thing.
