Had to get a smaller xmas tree this year but we’ve put all our decorations on anyway
went round the lakes with a friend for a chat and a coffee, loads of snow and hardly anybody about, count all my blessings for nice quiet moments in life like this.

I’m doing overtime in the office, thawing out my snow soaked trousers and blaring Elliott Smith but the heating in here alone’s cheered me up.
About to get out of bed and go get a takeaway pizza
god this is so tempting, would feel too bad for anyone who has to deliver in the snow though
I’m actually going to collect mine (but there’s no snow here anyway)
