my sis has struggled with this and Crohns for years, and my littlest niece probs has it too, so I can imagine how rough it might be for you. hope you’ve made progress in controlling it?

I didn’t really understand what the doctor said about when I was meant to come back because it was vague and confusing so have been on my own with it really. Figured out a couple of things that trigger it so know a few foods too avoid now, but also stress is definitely a factor and I don’t really have a way of avoiding that :upside_down_face:

you have always seemed good with planning/organising, so I suppose as you come to understand what to avoid, you can get on top of meal planning and etc? if you’ve got the capacity.

It is a bit difficult depending on who’s around as I don’t have so much control sometimes if everyone is around, and as much as I can say to avoid things it isn’t always remembered and I can’t tailor it to how good/bad my insides feel. Get to be a bit more in charge sometimes though and with R having hot meals at school 3/5 days then I get the luxury of cooking just for myself (if I feel up to it)
