Yours and @laelfy’s frisbee golf chat led me to google it and I’ve discovered I live a couple of miles from a course. Is it something you can just turn up for, or is it best to practice in the park or something first?

Which course? It’ll depend as some are in public parks and some are private.

Looks like it’s free and you can just turn up. If you have a field near you it wouldn’t hurt to have a throw around a field first but it’s not the end of the world to go straight to it. It’s a nine hole course which should take you an hour tops.

Website says they sell discs - depending on the disc they offer you could get away with a one size fits all for a while although really you’d want a mid range and a putter. If you try it and want any disc advice let me know (or probably @japes as he’s way geekier about discs :smiley:)

Wife took the kids to the zoo today. I hate zoos so had a pottering round the house kind of day and then got the urge for an evening walk.

When they don’t get on in married at first sight it’s more depressing than entertaining. I’d rather they only showed happy people
