Super Bowl LVIII

It’s Super Bowl time. The Kansas City Chiefs vs the San Fran 49ers live in Vegas. We’ve got the best team in the NFC vs the new dynasty in the KC Chiefs. Two of the best offensive minds in Kyle Shanahan and the elder statesmen Andy Reid.

All eyes will be on Taylor Swift to see what time she arrives in Vegas after performing in Tokyo. Usher the halftime entertainment. Endless amount of commercials which I know everyone loves over there in the UK.

So who you got?

So who’s going to help the fans find their seats?

How about an early wrinkle in the armor. KC in the comfy confines of the Raiders practice field, San Fran not happy with their practice field.

Both today and yesterday I have gone to sleep and woken up relatively early which doesnt bode well for later. My local is staying open til 4 to show it but I’m also a bit skint this month.

I figure as I have tomorrow off ill plump the 99p for DAZN and if I fall asleep just watch the rest in the morning (you can just watch the full broadcast replay right?)

I assume so. Reminds me

I’m in my usual dilemma. My wife’s friend’s husband, who is my friend now but now a close mate or anything, is having a few people round and making some food and has invited me. The issue is he lives out of town, so either a 10 minute drive or 30 minute cycle. I’d like to be polite and social and go round, but I also want to sit in my pants and get tanked.

Will end up going round, sipping one beer for two hours, then drive back at halftime and feel too tired to have anything else and crash on the sofa.

Is the 1130pm the actual kick off or just start of the pre-game stuff?

Gonna be heading back from a gig, probably try to stay up and catch the first half anyway

Kickoff is 11:30. Probably the pregame show has already started in the USA

Better be some good movie trailers during commercials.

Went to a clubnight yesterday which has aligned my sleep schedule perfectly with the Superbowl (still need to be in work for 9 on Monday but that’s tomorrow’s problem). Has to be the US stream for the full insanity of it all, plus now it’s on ITV I imagine you’ll probably end up seeing the same three adverts for online casinos about 300 times.

Nobody really odious on either team any more so hoping for a good game more than anything else.
