It was no paesano but it hit the spot.
Just made the Anna Jones double green filo pie again. Slight variation on last time - mashed white beans, courgette, spring onions, celery, fennel, parsley and chives (can’t remember what I used last time, leeks and chard maybe). It’s so good.

Folks. Usually when I make a creamy pepper sauce for steaks I use soured cream. Can I used double cream instead??

Add a little bit of lemon juice, then you have effectively got soured cream anyway
No LJ? No problemo, go half and half with yoghurt. No yoghurt or LJ? No problemo! It’ll taste nice no matter
