I’m stressing a bit. Last time I went to ally pally I was staying in London so it didn’t matter too much but i remember it being a real wait for the tube. I need to be back at liverpool street station for 11.30 for the last train. Will I be okay leaving the venue at 10.25 to get the 10.39 from Alexandra palace station to king’s cross?

You can get a train from Ally Pally that goes to Moorgate which is only a short walk away from L Street. Assuming you get on it.

Not at the moment you can’t - the Moorgate line closes at 10pm at the moment, so all trains are to Kings Cross or via St Pancras.

@Glimmersofhope It probably depends on whether they close the station bridge or not - if they do then it’ll be tight as you’ll have to walk an extra 4/5 minutes to use the road bridge. If not then I’d say you’ll be fine.

Whoops, cheerfully ignore!

A 1040s tube at Wood Green on the Piccadilly Line should get you comfortably to Holborn for 11.

4 stops on the Central Line to Liverpool Street (with the changing of lines factored in) should get you to the terminal comfortably for 1115.

If you’re leaving the venue at 1025, we’re talking a clear headstart.

You’ll be fine :slightly_smiling_face:

Thankfully yes, thank you. I left after lenny so I missed the encore but I’d rather that than miss the train.

Friday’s gig was immense - cracking setlist, the boys played well and a good vibe in the crowd, 5/5.

Is there a new album in the works?

Think they have mentioned that they’re not thinking about it at the moment. Probably just an excellent payday and a chance to see if people are still keen, then they can come back in a couple of years with a new album.

was wondering if they’d go back and finish the album they were in the middle of making when they broke up. but maybe they’ve used those songs for other projects since.

As far as I know this was fully scrapped. I’d be curious to hear what they’d make nowadays, though.

Gaz implied on Saturday that there isn’t anything planned - said something on the lines that this could be their last UK date and if so what a way to go out, but very non-committal either way on it… could have just been generic stage banter.

Last UK date apart from all the summer ones that are already planned :grinning:

Yeah, that was implied. I think he said “last night of what might be our last tour”, but I can’t remember exactly.
