I’m surprised they could even put a price on perfection.
Some ‘Now That’s What I Call Music’ CDs go for silly money but it’s probably not that surprising as anything sequential is bound to have completists.
Remember thinking I’d made an absolute killing selling this for £350 a few years ago. Whoops ![]()
I have a copy of this

This label releases albums on reel to reel tape for $480 a pop
I adore that game. Had to play it using a CD-R rip though.
Countless horror PS1/2 games are now going for super inflated prices.
Silent Hill 1 in particular is about £100 now. Project Zero/Fatal Frame and Haunting Ground all easily go for mad numbers. Plus that N64 port of Resident Evil 2 that I sold for £100.
GameCube stuff too. Twilight Princess, Chibi Robo, and Fire Emblem all make bank.
Music wise. Two Suns by Bat for Lashes on vinyl fetches good money
Kind of bananas that any old shit released as a prerecorded Minidisc now sells for a small fortune.
Really wish I hadn’t laughed at the massive pile of copies of ELO’s Greatest Hits on Minidisc in Fopp for £3 a go back in 2006 now
Jamie Oliver’s compilation album for £170 on Minidisc, por favor?
Minidiscs often go for triple figures on eBay, seemingly regardless of the what’s on them
Holy shit, mind meld!
£1420
Second thoughts, maybe it’s not that surprising — massively popular, not many made ![]()
