Properly stacked it at work 2 weeks ago slipping on some mud. Put my hand out to stop myself and landed on it. Went to first aid, then was sent home. I can’t really put weight on it as I get shooting pains. Often feels really stiff in the mornings (wheeeyyy!) Had to drive today for the first time in 2 weeks, which was okay, but changing gear was uncomfortable at times.

Ibuprofen on and off. Really need some now, but I must have left them at work :frowning:

Is it swollen or anything? I imagine if you can still move it then its just badly bruised. Ibuprofen and icing your hand are probably your best bet!

It was when I initially did it, but it’s gone down. Yeah, I can still move and use it, but it does hurt on and off. Cheers, me too - really annoyed at myself still.

Now that was fun. Gig was great, garage rock by a bunch of lads in drag. Ended up in the dressing room with them as they smoked joints and read the judges’ comments back to them. Very awkward but hilarious.

Having one in my local now, then bed. A long day awaits me tomorrow.

went to the surrey hills but it’s a bit of an arse to get to. one i’ve been doing form hackney is getting the overground up to cheshunt and walking along the lee river valley, it’s pretty tame but there’s a lot of it for an afternoon’s pottering about.
