If you need to, an hour at least after brushing. According some a dentist. Before brushing would probably be fine too I’d imagine.

If my wisdom teeth are acting up, they get special attention.

Literally spend about 5 minutes scrubbing like fuck.

Only usually brush once a day, unless going out in the evening like. Not falling for the ‘twice a day’ con that Big Toothpaste is always peddling.

I broke my left thumb recently and have had to start squeezing the toothpaste tube with my right hand instead, holding the toothbrush in my left hand. It’s been much more difficult than I’d expected.
