Tell Me About Lincoln Please (I'm there in a few weeks)

I’ll be staying in the city centre area the Weekend of 29th December.

Any good recommendations for pubs, bars, cafes etc…

Also I’m quite into swimming and running so is there a good leisure centre with a pool or any good routes you can recommend for running?

All suggestions welcome, thanks.

Nice little place, not much to do. Get a train to Skeggy.

I think there’s a park there, but in the end, it doesn’t even matter

Big hill. I had an ex from Lincoln, pretty boring place from what I remember.

Cracking weekend’s worth of Countdown in the suburbs there every January, and a Travelodge that has seen innumerable bouts of Countdown bonking.

Brilliant bike race there if you fancy staying until 12th May. And becoming a pro cyclist.
