Usually that I need to keep a small selection of pebbles or marbles safe so I put them in my mouth and then I wake up (non dream) choking and have to either spit into my hand in bed or run to the toilet and spit in my hand cause I still feel like I need to make sure I don’t lose the pebbles or marbles.
