there are about 10 people who are the best people in the world, and 10 people who annoy me more than anyone else has ever annoyed me (apart from my brother). everyone else is broadly deece or annoying.

Summary
had, only a week before this nonsense began, instigated his own nonsense by threatening to stop watching the YT show because they wouldn’t read out PACKIES as a max because it sounded like a racial slur. yer man starts using this as an excuse to use the n-word (‘not at a person! just as a word!’), gets called out, revives 10-year thread about censorship and lists every user who’s used that word before (mostly inactive) to ‘prove’ he’s part of a majority. Wannabe Presenter absolutely detests the bloke.
a few other stories:
- he invented the concept of the ‘Covid blue badge’ so that people who didn’t want to socially distance or wear masks could socialise with each other away from people who wanted to stay alive. genius.
- he wore jumpers with badges numbered 1-8 during his Countdown run and was so obnoxious on set that the producer actively started a conversation with me bitching about him when i was there for a friend’s filming 6 months later. like, the producer HATES him. (me too!!)
- he claims insurance is the greatest evil of the 20th century
- him and my ex best mate had a spat online in October 2016 and in summer 2020(!!!) this guy starts messaging him out of the blue demanding an apology and compensation (“in the form of a gift or a plug for my website”) because my then-pal called him ‘a waste of oxygen’. yer free speech man started screaming about slander [um it would be libel, also um it would not be successful]
- accused me of having gonorrhoea because i made a risque (but totally in context) joke on a Facebook thread
