Hmm…obviously dependant on the cereal/toast.

Honey is a natural sugar therefore it’s good for you!
Sugar in cereals is white sugar which is bad for you!

I make my own bread so I know how much sugar goes into it (1tsp of brown sugar FYI)

I had a maple pecan danish, probably less delicious but terrible health-wise. I have also been eating chocolate. Probably going to make myself feel sick today by overdoing the comfort eating.

Ffs, sorry to hear that man. Hope they get the stuff back somehow and/or the thieves get trampled by deer in a beautiful frosty parkscape

Thanks man, just really angry. Think they only took watches and jewellery so they can cash it in quickly and fuck off so doubt we’ll see any of it again unfortunately but home insurance is paying out. Ha Bushy Park is close to the family home so I hope they get gored by a big antler-y fella.

morning.

Window cleaner is here and I’m trying not to make eye-contact with him.

Bet he hates me

Roast dinner tonight. Yum yum. Half-day at work too. All coming up roses.

Was very dry, didn’t taste at all maple-y.

A decent danish would of course be very much better. This was not a decent danish :frowning:

Morning everyone.

I’m in Edinburgh. It’s raining.

Fruit n fibre for breakfast with milk and two teaspoons of sugar. Standard/10.

@unlucky

I’m saying nothing more on the subject. My new year resolution was not to say anything negative about Scotland’s capital.

And she brought a tin of quality streets.
