Hello all of you 20th century foxes, and welcome to the top 250 films of the 20th Century as voted for by some of you.
Some housekeeping first, the thread rules:
- You can call a film shit but don’t call the fans of that film ‘thick idiots’ and the like, come on now, we all have different tastes, and it’s just a bit of fun
- No cum or cranking it jokes, not this time
- Please refrain from posting your individual votes until the final list has been posted
- The fourth rule of list club is you do NOT talk about list club
We had votes for 886 films, with a total of 76,339 points received. Wow! We had votes for angry men, wicker men, third men, elephant men, running men, men who fell to earth, men with two brains, women under the influence, reservoir dogs, dog day afternoons, ghost dogs, living dead, heartbreak kids, men in black, lion kings, late spring, a summer’s tale, autumn sonata, winter light, children of men and children of paradise, wayne world, swingers, riff raff, muppets, daisies, blobs, scum, clearks and an alien.
I’ll be posting from Monday to Thursday this week, and Friday morning. I doubt we’ll finish it this week cos there’s loads to post, but we’ll have a crack. And some craic!
