So the Smackdown roster was held hostage by MBS because they’ve not been paying Vince for the shows so he tried to play hardball by blocking the local broadcast. Vince abandoned the talent save for the top wrestlers who got a later flight. WWE released a statement implying those who were being held as literal hostages didn’t come back because they don’t care about the fans. They’re now asking said talent to make videos claiming it was a mechanical fault. All the talent is PISSED

Yeah to clarify WWE’s statement said that some wrestlers felt so strongly about being there for the fans that they arranged a charter flight home, the implication being that everyone else didn’t give a shit
Apparently TNT only expected AEW to hit 500,000 viewers so are very happy with the performance of the show so far.
Considering the demographics too they’re very close to being the most relevant wrestling company in the world. No offence to the boomers watching Raw on account of habit, but do they as an audience… matter?
