I’m now fairly committed to trying to beat all decks on all difficulties. Making good progress on that. I hope I don’t decide to continue after that to try and get gold stickers on every joker, but no promises…

I am still trying to unlock everything, need 1 joker, 1 deck and 1 voucher. I’m focusing on the joker and voucher at the moment although the joker I am missing is one of the legendary ones so it’s slow going to hopefully unlock that one.
quite irked at there still being joker-related tarot and planet cards + vouchers in ‘Jokerless’

I’ve never quite been bitten by the Balatro bug like I was the Slay the Spire bug. But it does keep drawing me back in. Only just got a win with the black deck. Long way to go to unlock everything.

I am four wins away from having won on every stake on every deck - got gold stake on black deck to do, and then the last three on another deck that I’ve left til last, forget which one it is though. getting to be a bit of a grind now, but will get there eventually. I hope.
66% of the joker stickers done as well. not sure I cba to try and finish that off any time soon but we’ll see.

I play. I also mostly suck at it.
Missing a couple of decks I think, plus a handful of jokers, possibly some vouchers.
I bloody love the game though. Stupidly addictive. Only just started playing Slay The Spier and not getting the same level of enjoyment from that just yet
I’ve just got gold on the fifth deck from the end, so now onto the last four decks next, so a bit behind you, but it’s mostly feeling possible so far.
Up to 64% stickers. I did a couple of joker switches on my last gold completion - I had a strong enough deck so replaced some of my jokers that already had gold stickers. Kind of wish it could show me the sticker colour in the game somewhere so that I don’t have to go hunt for it in the collection section.

As with all roguelikes, I beat it once and my head was like “mission accomplished”. Might go back some day, but I don’t have that completionist gene at all.

I find the anaglyph deck so fun. Have basically given up trying to actually progress and just play one run a day on anaglyph on white stake now

Is this anything like Inscryption?
this would be so helpful, had similar situations where I have strong enough jokers to win but could carry one or two just to get the gold sticker on them, but it’s a faff to figure out which

Not really, in Balatro you are just trying to reach a set score total in a fixed number of hands and that target total goes up each round. You are not really playing against anyone and there are no battles like in Inscription. It has rogue-like elements to it in that you can unlock new jokers you can use to modify how your score totals in subsequent runs which is similar in that respect but the mechanics of the game is very different.

I beat ‘Jokerless’ last night/this afternoon. paced it perfectly.
also managed to get the extra hand voucher right after the -1 ante voucher, which was just splendid
and I had some good luck with my glass cards not breaking in quick succession before the final boss blind

Got my last joker yesterday. Just need to get the last voucher I need, then I can focus on unlocking my last deck and then I can finally move on and try out some of the challenge modes.

Do you know what the last voucher is / what you have to do to get it?
It’s the Illusion voucher that you get after Magic Trick one. I think it’s just down to the random numbers now as I have unlocked all the requirements for it. Getting the Magic Trick to appear in my run looks to be the challenge as it seems to crop up much less frequently than the other starting vouchers. My plan is to use the Anaglyph Deck and stack the double tags until I get “voucher” one then see if that will force it to become available to buy.

I was just about to suggest the Anaglyph Deck as it’s the one I’m playing at the moment, trying to complete it on the higher difficulties.
