I gave Romain 18 points. Probably the best goalkeeper we’ve had (apart from Alan Nicholls but that’s another, tragic story). But so much more. When we were in administration and 2 hours away from being wound up, Romain went to all the supporters trust meetings, used to phone fans to keep them updated, played 6 months for free AND once played a season in the Championship while bring treated for testicular cancer. He’s now honorary president and I love him.

Can we take a moment to appreciate this beast of a man. One of the highlights of Christmas season in my teens was watching World’s Strongest Man and all those ludicrous competitions on BBC1.
