Hey all.

Day off so saw I, Daniel Blake pretty much as everyone (except Toby young) says good but bleak. Hope some positives can come of it.

Watching the west wing now. Just signed up for free BT sport with ee so will probably watch some champs league.

Back at work tomorrow and got a feeling it’s going to be shit but oh well.

Not great. My grandma has suddenly gone from fully independent, relatively healthy and shopping on the high street just a month ago, to being bed bound in hospital with metastatic terminal cancer and in a very confused state. Not sure she’ll make Christmas and things all feeling very sudden. I visited when she started being ill last week (she’s over 200 miles away so visiting isn’t easy with young fam). Trying to get my head around if/when I visit again. Not sure I want to see her in a bad way, which feels really selfish. Argh. Sorry for the downer

Eating Lebkuchen and drinking red wine, comforting my fiancée as she’s having a shit time at work atm. Not working until 1 tomorrow, so might stay up and watch a film or something.
