Oh gosh, agreed that having a roast without gravy sounds like madness. I’d probably want a little gravy on the mash but I’ve seen worse crimes against food.

This is the correct answer. And some butter on it to serve. The pie’s natural gravy will take care of any moisture issues. Cant believe I have to keep coming in and sorting this stuff out for you.
