Couldn’t find a breakfast roll but the cafe that I only recently discovered does scrambled egg on toast so got that coming with a hot chocolate. Pretty irked that I didn’t know about this for a good year and a half.

Morning all,

It’s one of those very annoying days where it was lovely and sunny at home, but got progressively cloudier as I got closer to work, compounding my lack of desire to be here. Only 7 hours 40 minutes to go.

Looking forward to the weekend though - DJing at a mate’s surprise party tonight, then our first joint night away from Jimbo tomorrow.

Called the doctors from 8am. Got through at 8.07am.

NO FUCKING APPOINTMENTS LEFT.

Good job I managed to get one for 3.10pm online while I was waiting. JFC. What a load of shit. Meant I have come into work and will have to leave very early. Irked.

I had a weird lingering dream as well. Thankfully it wasn’t one that’s going to make me sad at random points like yesterday’s. My favourite half-remembered bit from the weird dream I woke up to:

“Why are you all even here? You aren’t doing any work. Are you just here wanking or something?”
“What the hell kind of conclusion is that to jump to?”

WFH!
I slept terribly cause I watched TV before bed instead of doing my crossword. Nrrgh.

Bf is off to golf at 2 so I have most of the afternoon/early evening to myself. Gonna make a lentil ragu and watch my trash TV.

We have another call with the mortgage man later. The one yesterday didn’t go to plan as his PC wouldn’t let him do something but now it’s fixed and we’re in the same house but we’re still gonna have to conference call from different rooms :laughing:
