I googled it and read that you soak the chicken brick in water before using it as the terracotta absorbs the water and releases it as steam when in the oven, thus keeping the chicken moist.

Bye Henry. Really liked him, but he’s had some bad luck. Hannah’s fountain didn’t look the best, but liked the way it worked with the water. No idea who will end up winning it at the moment.
