That’s a nice beer, but it needs a few weeks to mellow, at the moment the alpha acids from the late addition Citra are too harsh, it doesn’t live up to the previous V. series DIPAs and the JW Lees yeast struggles to attenuate.

You’ve also listed at least 15 different types of curry, they should probably just count as one. You need to amend your list. You’ve probably only listed about 20 different meals.
To be fair she also said “probably any other chinese dish”, so she’s actually covered thousands.
