We tried to use our ricer to make cauliflower rice - didnt really work imo (blending it seems to be better)

I’m not 100% sure what it is. Found a picture by googling ā€œpotato grinderā€.

We (my GF mainly, with me pretending im helping) made cauliflower pizza base/crust the other day and the pizzes were pretty decent.

Not at good as real dough natch, but a decent crispy conduit for tomato and cheese and toppings into me.

have thought about trying that but it seems like such hard work

not that it’s any more effort than making mash i guess?
